adam, i know what you're talking about, and no, i probably wouldn't pay to read the news online unless every news source begins to charge and there is no other way to get it. But honestly, i really miss my old sunday morning routine. i used to wake early, curl up on the couch with my tea and my comforter, dogs at my feet, and spend hours reading the paper, doing the sunday puzzle (that was the highlight).... and then, often, falling back asleep for another hour!

i opted to cancel my subscription when i was reading old news in print, having already read the headline online. saving money was a good incentive and no piles of newspaper to recycle kept the house a little neater. but my relaxing sunday morning routine is gone......... until i decide to resubscribe! so what if i'm reading it the second time around? it may be worth it to my mental health.
